At 23, I began my career with the LAPD, driven by a passion for public safety. Shortly after, I achieved my dream of becoming a firefighter, dedicating over 20 years to protecting communities. Throughout my career, I saw firsthand how many crimes—like theft and vandalism—could be prevented with the right measures in place.

What stood out to me was that while cameras captured crimes, they did little to prevent them or bring criminals to justice. Most responses simply documented what had already happened. I realized that the presence of strong, well-trained security personnel could stop these crimes before they occurred.

With that in mind, I launched First In Security, combining my public safety expertise with a commitment to making a difference. I see security as more than just crime prevention—it’s about protecting people, fostering safe environments, and engaging with the communities we serve. My team is trained to meet a unique set of standards, balancing strength with approachability.

I’m proud to lead a company that offers both a visible deterrent to criminals and a reassuring presence for businesses and neighborhoods. We stand as a force in security, committed to safeguarding our clients while maintaining the compassion and dedication that’s been at the heart of my career.
